Hello,

I've been trying to use Power Apps with AX.

I found that only on-premise gateway is available to use on-premise data source, that is I cannot use CDS because gateway runs on default environment only.

I'm struggling for figuring out the possbility to use whole AX process.

If anyone has already been using AX in PowerApps, please tell me how to build it, or anyone knows wheter it is possible or not, please let me know.

Thanks for your help.

As metioned in the other reply, you are stuck with using the On Premise Gateway.  What is it that the Gateway does provide?

You wouldn't want to write directly into AX tables, but there are solutions, using the Gateway, that could be implemented.

    Hi @BeHappy,

Yes, you are right, currently the Gateway is only available within the Default environment.

There is a blog talking about implementing custom connectors within PowerApps for Application which consumes AX 2012 custom service, see if that would help in your scenario:

Integrating PowerApps with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

    Best regards,
