Does anyone know how I can get data from SharePoint list that has more than 2000 records?

    Hi @Anonymous :

    Because your data source is SharePoint, as long as your formula is delegable, then you can get more than 2000 records.

    Power Apps delegable functions and operations for SharePoint

    The following Power Apps operations, for a given data type, may be delegated to SharePoint for processing (rather than processing locally within Power Apps).

    In addition,you can distinguish whether the formula is delegated by delegation warning (a small yellow triangle).If your formula is not delegable, then try to use functions that can be delegated instead of non-delegable functions.
