Connect multiple forms to excel

Hello,
I have about 40 evaluations in forms, and I have an excel with one sheet for each evaluation.
Previously I had made a flow that when they answered an evaluation automatically filled the excel.
It worked very well and I remember that it was based on an automate template.
The problem is that by mistake I deleted that flow and I have not been able to replicate it.
I am trying to replicate this flow and I am encountering several problems, for example, how to obtain the results of each answer and the total result of the evaluation.
I remember that when I elaborated the flow I did it quite fast, but it was last year and no matter how hard I try to remember and replicate it, I can't do it successfully.

What I have achieved with the flow:
Get the answer id, name, the answers to each question.

What I need:
Get the results of each question scored 0 or 10.
get the final result of the evaluation

Objective:
Avoid downloading 40 excels per day and compile them in the same excel.
Connect this main excel to BI

Has anyone gone through this or could give me some advice?
