Becoming admin

I was having some issues with my trial account. I wasn't sure if they were related to the trial account so I decided to upgrade. Somehow though, I am not the admin of my company even though I set it up and there are no other users. I found an option to become admin for which I was to add a TXT record in my DNS server. I did that, but it doesn't appear to have worked. I can't contact support because I don't have a subscription. 😕

Any advice?
