Hello Expert ,

I'm running the following flow .

My goal is to send an email with the ticket number to the specific contact.

But I m getting error message : Flow run time out because the starting action was not performed . Please try again.

( I attached the screen shot)

What is the best way to proceed ?

What are your suggestion ?

Hi @Anonymous ,

Could you please share a bit more about the error message within your flow?

Based on the flow screenshot that you mentioned, I think there is something issue with the To field within the "Send an email notification (V2)" action in your flow.

The Contact dynamic content value is not a valid email address, actually, the Contact dynamic content would return a GUID value. Please modify your flow, then remove the Contact dynamic content from theTo field within the "Send an email notification (V2)" action, then save your flow, try it again, check if the issue is solved.
