Hi,
I build a canvas app as part of a team.
The app is published to the team as a tab.
The table permissions have been appropriately set for the team members.
Now, the tab doesn't show up for other team members. It does show for me.
I tried removing it, adding it again, but no luck.
What could cause the app to not show up?

One thing I noticed is that the app is marked as premium at make.powerapps.com as soon as it uses one Teams dataverse table.
Probably from the perspective of make.powerapps.com it could be, but when using the app from within Teams using these limited tables shouldn't be a premium feature as promised here:

I have not yet solved the apps not being visible for the users.

An app that uses at least one premium connector. An end user must have a plan per app or plan per user to gain access.
Is this a bug or is it a premium app? Does a premium app in a tab not show up if the user doesn't have the subscription?
As far as I know, i selected zero pemium connectors.
Check the screenshot below, first one is the o365 user connector, second o365 groups, the rest are plain tables.
