Create/Update/Delete is not available for subgrid in basic form

Hello Everyone,

I have created a basic form which has subgrid(added as basic form metadata) in it. The data is populated correctly but it does not show any create/update/delete button to manipulate subgrid records. Necessary configuration is done in the basic form metadata(attached screenshot) and user has all global level permission for both parent and child table.

Please let me know if you have aby clue on this.

Make sure you have synced the Portal (or manually cleared the portal cache /_services/about ) after saving the metadata
Make sure your portal user has Table permissions to perform the actions (e.g. create button will not show if the user does not have create permission)

We are having same issue in one of the 2 portal sites. All configurations regarding subgrid metadata is same but working one site and not the other. we contacted MS support regarding that and hope they will be able to solve it.
