note: the condition check for files old than xx number of days and delete the files accoordingly. The variables in the flow are there for debugging/tracking purpose only.

Pls can you show via a screenshot your solution. Thanks.

My error was resolved by simply choosing the correct File Identifier... instead of ID or Current Item, use Identifier.  As well, the flow somehow did not like the site url being parameterized as a variable, even though stepping through in debugging everything was correct.

How did you resolve it @TC416 ?

Nevermind my previous post. Just resolved it.

I am getting the same error message.  My workflow is just going through a folder in a Sharepoint library and delete any files older than XX number of days.  I tested the workflow by incrementing a counter when the condition matches.  So, everything was working correctly until I added the delete action and then I get this error.... any idea/suggestion?

    Thanks!

Re: An action failed. No dependent actions succeeded.

The quick explanation - @v-jefferni needs a screenshot that shows the green and red box that have been cut off in your current screenshot.

The exclamation will appear in the first box of a branch but the error might actually be from deeper in the branch.

Condition = the grey box you have labled as "Condition for 1st Approval"

True or False = the next two boxes in your "branch". Or, rather, the green and red boxes that appear under the grey condition box.
@congtranyes - it is hard to debug, did you find a solution?

im having the same errors and there's no many discussions about it.

It takes forever to debug these MS Flow bugs.

Re: An action failed. No dependent actions succeeded.

Please, can someone provide a better answer than "The message means neither of the true branch or false branch of the Condition has run successfully. Please check the actions within the Condition control." I am trying to create a multi-approval travel request flow and am following the instructions given in the link below to the tee and am getting "An action failed. No dependent actions succeeded."

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/sequential-modern-approvals

At one point I did have the flow get past that point, but when my immediate supervisor approved the request, instead of it moving on to the second approver the flow showed it as rejected.
