Issues with the authenticator app loggings

How do you re-activate your account in the authenticator app where you can't have access to approved codes or verification codes when sent during signing into the platform. Instances where you don't have any recovery emails attached. Will be glad to hear the steps you took to resolve this. Thank you

    If its for the power up program please email powerup-support@microsoft.com 
     
    So they can reset your MFA
