How to change header

Hi all,

I am trying to learn Power Platforms and right now, I have created a site with Copilot. I have been messing around, trying to change the header but I have been having trouble finding what I need in a way that is explained to a complete newbie.

Here is what I want:

I want the text to be centered vertically. Right now, it is too high for the size of the header. I also want to get rid of the site navigation button.

Is there an easy way to do this? And if I will have to change the code on the back end, does anyone know of a good place to start learning that code?

Thanks!

Man, wish there wasn't so much spam in this general discussion forum so that I could get some help.

There is a Web Template called 'Header' that you can edit from the Portal/Power Pages Management App that creates the menu (from a Web Link Set) and also includes a Content Snippet that appears in the top left.
(note: there is also CSS that will render slightly differently depending on the screen width via 'media' elements)

I am quite new at CSS, so what is the code that changes those items? And how can I remove the Content Snippet?

    Hi,

The header is created as fubar already said and styled with css. To see what kind of css you need to change click on the header item and inspect it via the dev tools.
If you want to delete the burger menu completely, you can use the remove function from jQuery or the css display: hidden property. You also can adjust the liquid code via the portal management to your needs.

    Hope that helps.
