CoE Starter Kit - Inventory discrepancies

After setting up the CoE Kit, all flows ran without errors, but when looking at the Apps in the CoE dashboard, it wasn't showing all the Apps that I could see in make.powerapps.com.
The Help document mentioned "FullInventory":

FullInventory -Determines whether you want to update only objects that have changed, or all objects.
Switching to Yes will cause the flows to inventory every single app, flow, and bot in the tenant every day, and isn't recommended for large tenants.

So I changed that to "Yes" on Friday..
I checked this morning and all flows show to have succeeded.
When I go to make.powerapps.com I see a couple of apps that were created over a year ago.

But, when I go to the CoE Dashboard, the two highlighted app in the screen shot above, do not show up:

Any thoughts??

Step 3 says "Run the Admin | Sync Template v3 flow manually". I don't have a flow with just that name, I have 48 with a name that begins with "Admin | Sync Template v3", all followed by more text. Which flow is this step referring to?

    Thanks!

So the solution Found in the Github for CoE steps that worked are:

If you want to run a full inventory with your current install:

    1. Set the value of the Full inventory environment variable to Yes (Learn more: update environment variables).
    2. Turn all flows in the core solution off and back on.
    3. Run the Admin | Sync Template v3 flow manually - this will kick off all the other sync flows, wait for all of them to finish. Like the Sync template (Apps) and Sync template (Flows) will take the longest but this depends on the size of your inventory. Wait for all those to finish.
    4. Then set the Full inventory environment variable back to No.
    5. Turn all flows in the core solution off and back on.

    @HSheild Thanks!!
After I posted this here,  I did find another inquiry else where they mentioned turning all the "Child flows" off and on again, and then retriggering the Main Admin Sync flow. I did that earlier today and hope to see results tomorrow morning and will update this post then.

    Hi @shanemeisnerdhg

After you changed Full Inventory to Yes, did you turn the Admin | Sync flows off and then on again? This is required so that the flows can pick up the change in the Full Inventory environment variable.
