Power Automate returning old data from the linked Excel

Hi,

I have built a simple excel based flow to pick a table from the excel file and place it on an email body and send it on given intervals. The excel file receives data input via MS form submissions.

However, the email sent out doesn't include the data submitted about 30 minutes prior to the execution of the flow and the email contains the data table before the latest data submission.

I wonder whether there could be any operator that could help clear the cache memory or a reset to force Power Automate to freshly look into the excel file and pick the latest data.

I have the same question (0)

    Hey @MafazAnsar

    Great it worked for you.

Though it could be a coincidence. With Secure inputs you can hide whats coming so that the person who is viewing the run history is not able to see what inputs are coming. So, mostly it is used for hiding the passwords or confidential data.

Thanks, I set the input state of the "List rows present in a table" excel operator to "secure". thereafter I started getting the latest data. I don't know if this is a coincidence or a solution though..😊

    Hey @MafazAnsar

I found this old post where the person suggested to use APIGraph to refresh data. It was not accepted as the solution, but may work for your case.
