I am working on customer self service portal. I want to create flow on closing the case in power automate. So what steps should I follow?

Depends on exactly what you want to do. There are 2 entities involved with resolving a case, Case (incident) and Case Resolution - depending on what you need to do you would create your Flow to trigger on one of those entities on the update (status /status reason) or create respectively.
