Entitylist is changing height when scrolling at the bottom resulting in weird jump effect

Hello everyone,

I have 4 pages with each containing the same entitylist and I am experiencing some weird behaviour in the scroll functionality of the page. I found out that the height of the entitylist is calculated and normally this is done on the inital page load and the height is then set. But on some pages I am experiencing that the height is changing when I am scrolling to the bottom. The results in some weird jumping effect.

Also on some pagination pages the height is just correctly set and not changing when scrolling at the bottom and on others it does. And I do only experience this issue on a Windows computer and not on Mac OS for example. The issue also does occur on different browsers.

I hope someone could help me out.

Hi @Bart-qteam

I have done the testing from my side. Because you have mentioned the issue not occurring on macos.

The following may be the root cause

1. macOS uses the safari browser as a default

2. Perhaps Safari is adopting Bootstrap 3 and its bundle

I have checked the bootstrap table compatibility on all browsers it looks like no issues reported.

On a Windows machine try the following

1. Try the Incognito window and check if the behaviour occurs

2. Make sure you disable all extensions on your browser.

3. Try restarting the portal by going to the admin centre

4. Press Ctrl + F5 ( hard refresh) - this will clear any cache

Also, In portal management > Go to the list > options > change the grid style to pixels and test

have fun. Hope this will help you to diagnose the problem
