Trying to build a simple flow;

Issue I am having is that when I test using the yes flow it produces an e-mail titled "Test no flow" or sometimes duplicates the e-mail. Why is it doing this

Concerning the Duplicated email, check to confirm if the flow is running more than once at a time (that should be the reason for a duplicated email).
The flow running for the condition No when it’s suppose to run for Yes. Recheck the dynamic content being used in the flow and then the answer being selected from the form.
