Hide/Show Workflow Action button on Entity Form based on the Status Reason of the current record.

Hi,

Can anyone help with how I can show/hide a Workflow Action button on a Portal Entity Form (Edit mode) for a custom entity, based on the status reason of the entity record being displayed in this form?

I can do things like show/hide the button successfully based on the current logged in user, but cannot target any attributes of the current entity record being displayed.

Thanks 🙂

have you tried using the Filter Criteria in the Advanced Settings?

This should work similar as Entity Lists: http://oliverrodrigues365.com/2020/04/26/power-apps-portals-entity-list-conditional-action/
