Total Flows in 1 View

I have hundreds of flows in Power Automate. I have to repeatedly and tediously click on "Load More" button if I want to view or edit the flow somewhere in the middle. The search bar only seek for flows that are already loaded. So eventually I have to click "Load More" dozens of times, before I can search for it. This is stupid and tedious.

Is there a way to display all flows in 1 view or any other way to quickly jump into the flow that we want if we have hundreds of flows?

There is no way to preload all the flows in a single view. Searching and hitting Show more is the only way to do it on the MyFlows list. The best alternative is to start building your flows in Solution files.  Then you can find the solution that contains multiple flows and find the specific flow you want more easily.

In addition to Pstork1's suggestion, add view options so flows can be sorted and filtered based on metadata associated with the flow.  The continual "load more" exercise then turns into a secondary exercise of looking at each to determine if it's the correct workflow that a business user leaves behind when they leave the company or support teams have to quickly take ownership if lucky enough to catch before the owner account gets disabled.

there is no out of the box way to display more flows, but there're some tools to do that, for example this one built by my friend Paul: https://tachytelic.net/PowerAutomateAdmin/
