AI Builder Azure Open AI GPT throwing error when moving the app to a new environment using deployment pipeline

Error Code: Create text with GPT.Predict failed: {"error":{"code":"0x80048d06","message":"{\"operationStatus\":\"Error\",\"error\":{\"type\":\"Error\",\"code\":\"ModelNotSupported\",\"message\":\"This scenario is not supported in this environment.\"}}"}}

Troubleshooting performed:

Validated Environment Settings - AI Builder Preview is enabled in all the three environments (dev, test, prod)
Deployment validator passed all checks as well (although it had thrown an error earlier as I had not installed creator kit in all the environments). That was resolved after installing Creator Kit in Test and Prod as well

AI Builder Azure Open AI GPT throwing error when moving the app to a new environment using deployment pipeline

We were getting the same error message. After some investigating we found that the AI Prompt setting on the environment unexpectedly turned off. When we turned it back it worked again. Not sure what would cause this to be enabled then disable it? We are not aware of anyone manually disabling it. Unfortunately we don't have tenant level admin access to see the logs on AI Builder credit usage. Might be worth a shot to check this setting on the environment.
