I have a dropdown in Dataverse table which has Yes/No values , Their is a color attached to Yes (yellow) and No(Red) to it.
When i add this dropdown to the page, only Yes and No value appear.. I want something like this. How do i achieve it? any suggestion/recommendation ?

You would need to configure the Choice and you can add colours there, failing that you would need to use javascript.
