Power Platform Admin Center and CoE toolkit questions

Hi experts,

I have a customer with a mix of licenses as follows:
1. Office 365 – 20,000 seeded licenses
2. Dynamics 365 F&O – 1000 paid license
3. Power Apps standalone license – 250 licenses

There is NO CoE installed at the moment.
Dynamics 365 F&O 1000 license is assigned to users and shown at Power Platform Admin Center.
Users have IT Admin skills.

Key Challenges from the Customer:

At the Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC), At the Analytics >> Dataverse >> Download >> Active Users in by Security roles, Active users by the environment.

Question 1: Is it possible to use analytics for D365 F&O apps/flows for all the environments?
Analytics >> Power Apps >> Usage tab

Only able to download security role and users, but not email address and type of app developed by users (Canvas app/model-driven app)

Question 2: Is it possible to show the email address and type of app in these reports? Any other option can be used (PowerShell, Graph API)
The company audit comes every 6 months but usage reports at PPAC at only available for 28 days

Question 3: What are the options to keep usage reports for longer periods such as 6 months or 1 year?
Question 4: Does setting up a CoE toolkit for this case (D365 F&P Apps/flows) help the customer? or Graph API can be used?
