Hello,

I´,m working on a MS List with various columns (used to track projects) , two have been set as multilple line entry and appending data to them (next action & current update).

The issues come in visualizing only the last entry in the main view.

What is the best and easiet way to show only the last entry of these columns , whilst maintaining the history.

Idea is to give a quick snapshot view of all projects on the list showing the "last entry " for next action and current update!
