Flow failed due to shared mailbox parameter

Hi Microsoft Support,

Today, I encountered a flow failure in Power Automate.

From the investigation, the error message shows:

"Your flow is failing"

As of May 6, 2020, shared mailbox support was added for certain operations with an optional 'Mailbox address' parameter, allowing you to specify a shared mailbox address for your operation to access. If you were using this operation prior to May 6, 2020, you will need to explicitly update your operations to specify the shared mailbox address. Please follow the Office 365 documentation for more information:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/office365/#shared-mailbox-support

Could you please advise how to fix this issue or how to correctly configure the Mailbox address parameter?

Thank you for your support.

Just to clarify, we are not Microsoft Support, we are just volunteers.

You simply have to literally type in the Shared Mailbox email address in the Mailbox Address field of the action. You didn't open the action and your action is labelled GetByEmail, is that the Get emails v3? action or what?

Then you simply type in the email in the Original Mailbox Address line
making sure the user with the connection has full access to do this on behalf of the Shared Mailbox.

If these suggestions help resolve your issue, Please consider Marking the answer as such and also maybe a like.

    Thank you!
    Sincerely, Michael Gernaey

Thank you for your reply, Michael Gernaey.

    I’ve just solved the problem.

I cleared the Folder field in the Get emails (V3) action and left it blank (to use the default).

It seems the flow couldn’t recognize the word “Inbox” in the Folder field,

but after removing it, the flow now works correctly.
