Send email with options body format problem

Hello 👋

I have set up a test flow, I wanna send a mail with options.

But I can't set the mail content format what I want.

I wrote "Document content" and "Document Name" in the different row, but it show in the same one in mail.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Is it possible to do it without the "Use only HTML message" set to yes?

Hi @Janice_Lee

Please, set the option "Use only HTML message" to yes, and then format the body of the email using html (for instance, adding "<br/>" to create a new line).
