I have uploaded an SSO component for a component onto a sharepoint site.
On testing it with various people, browsers, etc. we have noticed that for some reason, some people trying to access the account have it hang as seen below:
On testing it with various people, browsers, etc. we have noticed that for some reason, some people trying to access the account have it hang as seen below:
Whereas others get it working as expected as seen below:
Here are the test results thus far, please note that a person's outcomes are consistently returning the same each time based on the browser they are using:
Person A:
- Chrome: Working
- Edge: Hanging
- Edge: Hanging
Person B:
- Chrome: Hanging
- Edge: Working
Person C:
- Chrome: Hanging
- Edge: Hanging.
All 3 people have access to the copilot as well as access to the sharepoint site that the SSO component exists on.
I don't understand how the three instances are consistently occurring for these people but those outcomes are different in each person when they have the exact same access.
Any thoughts?
