Routing Legal Documents for Signature

I have made the flow in Power automate where it will take the pdf file from a sharepoint folder and route for signature via adobe sign but the signature placeholder is automatically added at the end of the document. The Email is also automatically added at the end of the document.

I heard about text tag but not able to do so in pdf. Can anyone suggest some alternative where I can place the signature field in the correct placeholder and not at the end of the document. I do not want the signer email ID as well which is automatically getting added in the pdf.

The only way you are going to be able to do this is via the developer options in Word to add the tags you need, then use a SharePoint List with the same fields in the Word file for standard data to create the PDF and then send this for signiture.

Having used Adobe sign it is a little diffult to use but it depends on how complex your legal documents are.

I suggest your flow needs an approval process for you to review the PDF before it leaves your organsiation.  That way if the merge does not look right you can stop it.  Otherwise the document will go out as is.
