Extract Data from Emails and put into SharePoint

Hi all,

I am trying to create a flow that extracts data from the subject line, from line, and body of an email and enters this data into a SharePoint list as a new item. Each area has dynamic variables - subject line may have a new variable or ID number each time, from line will have a different automation number each time, and body will have a different number of variables that changed each time along with their previous and new values.

I have got the flow to to enter in a new item for each variable (along with the appropriate machine number, ID, and recipe variable), however, I am struggling with getting the previous and new values to update with the new variables that are being created in the SharePoint list. I wish you were able to use the Get Item action and have it point the apply to each loop, then update each item with a previous and new value, but this does not work. Any suggestions on how correctly get everything to update?

Also might be important to note that I am currently using AI to extract the variables, previous values, and new values from the body of the email since these variables are dynamic in name and number. If there is a way to do this without AI please feel free to let me know!

What AIB model are you using?
