Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I have a powerapp which has a form collecting into a gallery with a button to submit the records to a sharepoint list. I've included at BatchID to group the items together. Sometimes there will be several records, sometimes just the one. When the records save into the sharepoint list, they save as separate items. I have got a power automate flow which works to put the details of the items into one email/Teams approval but it will always send separate approvals for each of the Sharepoint list items. How can I ensure it only sends one request for approval with all the records from that one Batch?
