Not Seeing Dataverse Tables in Power BI Under Publisher

Hi community,

I'm trying to import Dataverse tables into Power BI, but I'm not seeing my custom tables (like Vehicle, ParkingRequest, etc.) listed under the Publisher or in the Dataverse connector.

Here’s what I’ve done so far:

  • I created the tables inside a custom solution in Power Apps under the "Parking Challenge" environment.
  • I published all customizations.
  • When I open Power BI Desktop and go to Get Data > Dataverse, I sign in and select the correct environment

However, the tables I created are not appearing in the list.

I also checked the table settings, but I can't find any option like “Enable for reporting” or “Enable for external access” in the modern UI. I tried to switch to the classic designer but couldn’t locate the checkbox to expose the table to Power BI.

Can someone please guide me:

  • How do I make sure my custom Dataverse tables are available to Power BI?
  • Is there a way to expose them for external reporting?
  • Or should I use the OData feed as an alternative?

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Can you please provide pictures for

    1. The Front page of Power BI, I'd like to see who you are logged in as

    2. The Import screen where you do not see them, just so I can see the URI please

    3. Can you please share your Tables, listing in your App, but can you do so so I can see the Environment in the Top Right and the opened list of Tables

    4. Just to be safe safe, since I am not sure where you published from, were you on the Solutions Tab, or inside the Solution when you
published all? If in the Solution, can you instead publish all from the Solution(s) Tab from the main screen and see if that helps.

    5. It could simply be a refresh issue as well, which you can try logging out of Power BI desktop, logging back in and retring to see them

    Thanks!!

You seem to be checking in all the right places, so let's just make sure you are logged in properly and the right environment etc.

Firstly your response time is amazing, no sarcasm I am being sincere. You are doing an amazing job posting etc. So thank you.

And this maybe a silly question, but are you able too

Scroll down and see them? since your prefix would make them lower down
Or can you try to type in the Search bare to find them?

    @Michael E. Gernaey

Thank you so much for your kind words — I really appreciate it!

And not a silly question at all! I have tried scrolling further down and also using the search bar to check if the prefix is pushing the tables lower.

If it works, I’ll be sure to mark your answer as helpful and give it a like as well. Thanks again for the prompt support and guidance!

You might want to start by looking for table names that begin with sn_

That is why i said to scroll down as mentioned your schema name is based on your prefix of your solution which is much further down than your picture, which is the point of the article, it is saying exactly what I said.
