Is there a way to show all the events in a meeting room regardless of the logged in user?

Don't filter the list.
What I mean here is to see all the events that are scheduled in a meeting room, even if the Office365Outlook user connection isn't invited to the event. All scenarios I've tried so far only show events the user is invited to
