I am not able to find resource for final challenge. The given link is directing me to Bing Search and not resource files.

I just tried this and I think the link might be down.

The error says it's temporary, so it might be worth trying again later.

Can you confirm that you are clicking the link in the 'resource list' section beneath the video?

Just for reference, there's a another post here that reported the same issue some time ago.

I just tried the link today and it appears to now be working.

Also, the link that @CU08121138-0 works too, so hopefully you can retrieve the files through one of those methods.

The Animal Shelter challenge is no longer active - it was replaced with the Parking Challenge.

Are you still seeing the video that relates to the Animal Shelter? If so, I'd suggest that you contact powerup-support@microsoft.com and they can hopefully correct this.
