Survey123 Create Report Error

Hello!

I am trying to create an automated flow that sends an automated report of a Survey123 response through email. When I create an automated flow, beginning with 'when a response is submitted' Survey123 trigger, I am able to add the next step of 'create a report' Survey 123 action, but no dynamic content is available to me. Using the ObjectID from the URL on Survey123 website does not even allow me to continue. The error code I'm receiving each time reads:

'The response from api 'survey123' operation 'get webhook payload schema' with status code '200' does not contain a valid openapi schema object.'
