Power Pages Migration to Sandbox Environment

Hello Community,

I have the following issue while trying to import Power Pages Solution from Dev to Sandbox environment. Inside the solution I have my Site and components along with custom Dataverse entities and some Standard (added through Advanced -> Add required objects). When importing to Sandbox environment lots of dependencies are missing (Entity relationships and columns all related to 6 of this additional Standard entities) but I can see those in the solution itself.

We tried importing same solution to another of our Dev environments and solution was imported successfully, so my guess is that target sandbox environment might miss some configuration.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help

    Hi @RodolfoHE,

can you try to delete all components from your power page from the solution and add it again?

The components are fetched again if some are missing. Maybe that helps.

    Thanks for your reply Lucas.

We were able to solve this issue. It seems that our target environment was missing these dependencies that were automatically installed on our dev environment when we tried creating a page for the first time. For the record, we had to access Power Platform Admin Center and select our Dev Environment, click the 3 dots icon next to it and select the copy option.

On the pop up screen select Copy Everything and select the target environment you want to copy. After a few hours we could see all dependencies installed on our Sandbox and Solution import was finally completed.

    Hi @RodolfoHE,

    glad you found a solution.

Can you just mark your answer as solution so that the thread is closed?
