Custom widgets in power pages

How can we customize the power pages. Suppose I have given a basic page to the end user (non technical or business person) who is having content editor role. On the power page I have placed few tiles , graphs and calendars controls. We are making an JavaScript ajax API call and displaying data on all these controls. How end user can customize this page lets say there are 5 tiles on the page and user don't want all 5 tiles on the page or user can change the sequence of tiles. How user can add/remove tiles on the page. How end user can customize all widgets on the page. For example in below screen I have placed 5 tiles, Iframe and a list without styling. Here can we create all these kind of controls with stylng and end user can only edit/remove controls on the page.
