@Fubar didn't realize that the Dataverse environment restore affects Power Pages as well. Thanks for the info.
If you haven't been keeping a local copy (solution or via the CLI), then you are pretty much limited to doing a Dataverse Environment restore. If you were using non-Enhanced (not sure if it has been updated for the Enhanced) you could restore to a different environment and then use XrmToolBox's Portal Records Mover, and select the individual items from the restore environment and copy them to your target environment.
