Hi,

I built a flow that reads a managed metadata from a Sharepoint-List, but the label and path are always empty. Where I am wrong?

Thanks

    Hi @ms-jaft

    How did you get on with this?  Just wondering if the column you are missing isn't included in your default view?  This might explain why it didn't come back as part of the get items?

    Hi @DamoBird365 , the output doesn't contain the field and I don't know the reason. If I use the http method I get all fields. I try this way.

    @DamoBird365

    It is a dynamic value and its correspond with my sharepoint-list

    @ms-jaft

    Are you OK to share the output from your get items?

    The field you are referring to "Client" should appear in there and correspond with your SharePoint list.

    Did you build the client expression or was it a dynamic value?

    If you go in to list settings of your list and click on the column to edit you can confirm your list item name.  Mine is called ManagedMetaData but if you have renamed it will be confirmed by the field in the URL.

    Hi @DamoBird365

    I have filtered the records to retrieve only one item. If I click on "Download" I get an empty page

    Hi @ms-jaft

    I've stuck managed metadata into my list using a global term set and I can get the data back for the term albeit it is an object.  This is what it looks like for me:

    and this is the term set I am using:

    Let me know what you see at your end.

    Hi @DamoBird365

    I have downloaded the information stored in the getItem step and the column doesn't appear. My managed metadata field isn't included. Can you suggest me the reason?

    Thanks

    Hi @ms-jaft

    First stop for me would be your run history, get items, output.  If you click to download and check that the variable you are including contain data.  Then, if there is data, how did you build the expression for the values you are using?  Are they dynamic?  Can you hover over them and see how they are constructed and share with us?

    Thanks
