Hi all,
I am facing a Site Visibility Issue when I am trying to grant site access to people. I've got this issue (see picture) saying "There was a problem displaying the list of names. Try again".
Is that a bug? Has anyone else experienced that? thanks
Thanks a lot, worked like a charm.
Was experiencing this problem and thought I was going to have to recreate the environment from scratch. Was looking at the solution and found that the list of users with site access is actually an environment variable. I deleted the contents of the variable, and the Site Visibility list error went away and I was able to readd my users without issue. Looking at it after recreating, it is a comma separated list of User GUIDs.
I found it in the Power Apps portal, but it's in Power Pages portal as well.
Solutions -> Default Solution -> Environment Variables -> Power Pages Site Shared Users
This occurs when you try to share a Power Pages site with a large number of people.
To resolve this issue, you can try the following:
In the meantime, you can still share the site by sending them a direct link to the site. To do this, open the site in Power Pages Studio and click the Share button. Then, copy and paste the link from the Share link field and send it to the people you want to share the site with.
I have exactly the same issue and I cant get it sorted. I'll have to make it public. Did anyone else find a resolution?
I have exactly the same problem.
I have Site Visibility on Private and already shared with 3 people, which were showing in the list.
Because I had to add another 15 people, - filled in their email-addresses and then clicked "Share".
after this the error-notification came and the list does not get shown anymore...
Already tried to work around this by temporary changing to "Public" and switching back to "Private" but the error does not disappear and the list does not get shown again...
I'm having similar issue and looking for answers here, but seems no one has given an answer.
