i have developed an app that I would like to publish so that other employees can use it. For this, we need to assign them the PowerApps license. However, the problem is that this license also allows them to create their own apps in our default environment. Is it possible to give the employees a license only for using this and other apps without allowing them to create their own apps in the default environment?
