Hi Experts,

I want to hide the page names from the portal. Even though I have deleted those pages, they are still visible on portal. How can I remove them?

I was using those pages for testing purpose and also i have hide them but still they are visible on the portal.

Is that a bug? or I need to do more steps for that?

where exactly are they visible at?

    would it be the menu?

if yes, navigate to the Portal Management App --> Web Link Sets --> Default --> Web Links.. and then remove the Web Link to your pages

    Hi @OliverRodrigues ,

    Thank you for the response!

    It worked.

Even though I have hide them and deleted the pages. Why it didn't vanished from the menu? Why there is this additional step to remove ?

    Hi @Anonymous

    Go to Web Link Sets

    - Select 'Primary Navigation'

    - Click on 'Links' Tab and remove all record from sub grid.

I am glad it worked for you

Well.. if you are using the Portal Editor to create pages, changing content, etc, it automatically creates a Web Link to your pages against the Default Web Link Set

it doesn't automatically delete once you remove the Web Pages

Microsoft is making a large investment on the Portal Editor, perhaps if you open a support ticket they might fix that issue

my personal preference is still going to the Portal Management App and make changes there
