Hello,

When I attempt to preview my Power Pages site, my changes do not appear to be committed, any idea on why this might be happening?

Thanks for steering me in the right direction @Fubar.  Purging the cache was the only thing that worked for me. For those who can't find this, it is here as of May 2024:Screenshot 2024-05-17 174427.png

@mark_uis you screen shot shows that you are not signed in to the website, is it the same after you sign in?

Also, if your site is saved, then the manual clearing of the portal cache should work (as per my earlier post) - for this you must be signed into the Website with a user that has the out of the box 'Administrators' Web Role assigned to it.

Hi @Jcook, any other suggestions for this. I'm experiencing the same issue. I attached a picture of my design studio and the preview of my website when I click its link.

Not sure if this is the same issue or not,  I was having problems yesterday where the Sync was not working and had to do it manually, to do it manually login to the Site as a user with the Administrators Web Role, and then use <websitedomain>/_services/about and click the Clear Cache button

    Hi @kanedeiley

A few things could help this issue:

    1. Clicking on the Sync button on the top right.

    2. Do a "Hard Refresh" By holding Ctrl+F5 keys on your keyboard.

Additionally you can try going back to the home screen of Power Pages and than Clicking Edit button on your site again.

Basically there might be some cached data stopping the newer version being shown right away.
