    Hi @Anonymous,

when you set up your power page using one of the templates you will find yourself a login in page with a button for forgot password is shown. That button refers to a dynamics flow "Send Password reset to contact". You can find that flow within the advanced settings.

The message as well as the sender etc. can be adjusted there. Make sure that the mailbox which sends those mails has the privileges for it.

    Hope that helps.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

In Microsoft Power Portals, when a user clicks on the "Forgot your password?" link on the sign-in page and requests a password reset, the portal is designed to send an email to the user containing a password reset link rather than the actual password. This is done for security reasons to prevent sending sensitive information over email.

Sending actual passwords via email is generally not considered a good practice due to security risks. Instead, the standard approach is to provide a link that allows the user to reset their password securely. BTW If you have Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) integration set up for your Power Portal, you can leverage Azure AD's password reset functionality. This allows users to reset their passwords using their Azure AD credentials. You can customize the Azure AD password reset page to match your organization's branding.
