Flow Run gets failed though the mail alert is received

Hello Team,

We had built an power automated flow which triggers an email when the conditions met (it is a birthday alert). However, in recent days, we observed that the flow run gets failed. We could see the mail received.

Would like to know the underlying reasons so that it can be sorted. Any help on this?

Attached the screenshot for reference.

    Hi @jeyeline

From the error it seems that some records don't have date in the column due to which formatdatetime functions fails. Please check the excel file for any missing dates and enter appropriate date values for missing records.

    Hello @ManishSolanki ,

Thanks for your time in looking into this. There are no blank columns as we our sample data includes 100 records with name and date column only. Though the flow gets failed prompt is shown, we are getting the flow completed and the mail is received.

If you get success email, then it might be an intermittent issue with excel online service or m365 services 🤔

    Hello @ManishSolanki ,

The underlying issue that i am facing here, the flow gets turned off automatically after continuous flow failures. It shows the prompt as mentioned in the screenshot.
