Power BI tile - Microsoft Visio (Power BI Custom visual ) not displaying

I have a Power BI report that uses the custom visual "Microsoft Visio" to plot a floor plan. I have created a dashboard and pinned this visual.

I am using this pinned tile in Power Apps but the visio is not loading power apps. I have try all browsers and the mobile app and it is not showing.

Can anyone help please?

@GarethPrisk The visual is working fine on the browser in Power BI. It is also working fine if instead of pinning the visual, I embed the Power BI report (but that doesn't work for us as a solution)

I have another custom visual and it works fine.

A few observations:
"unauthenticated Visio diagram" is required for publishing to web. Not sure if this applies.
Visio Visual requires third-party cookies for *.sharepoint.com and *.powerbi.com (or respective SharePoint and Power BI domains for your company) to be allowed in the browser being used. Have you done this?

The fact its not displaying in the Studio leads me to believe it's failing to authenticate, and/or its not supported. Do you have any other non-custom tiles you can test in the Studio?

The answer to all your points is "Yes". I have done all of these steps.

To disambiguate this, can you confirm the following:
You have a Power BI report, which is published online, and have pinned tiles to a Dashboard
You have a Power App, which is referencing those tiles(s)
The tile(s) are not loading within the Power App, in the Studio
The tile(s) are not loading within the Power App, in the Player
Which custom visual are you using?
Also, keep mind that sharing and security come into play here as well. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/controls/control-power-bi-tile
However, if you yourself cannot see them (especially in the studio), then it may be a limitation on the visual.
