Power Pages Customer Portal solution not installed in production environment

Hello,

We encounter an error with a Power Pages site created from the template Customer Portal in a Power Platform production environnement.

The power pages custom portal site is get created but it's not accessible and it's not possible to edit site properties , manage site, change the visibility , etc.

When checking production environnment configuration, we realize that we have an installation error with a power page solution package that shall be installed automatically from Microsoft.

The package name : D365 SCM Customer Portal , version of package: 1.0.0.42 and editor is : Dynamics 365.

In Power Platform Admin Center, below what i see when i click website packages details link in the concerned environment :

This package microsoft is mandatory to run power pages customer portal site.

I tried several times to manually force the installation of this package in PPAC but with no success.

I would like to point out that we do not have this error in other sandbox environments in which this power pages package is well installed as shown in the screenshot below :
