Hi everyone,
I'm using web file to show some documents in our powerapps portal.
Now the web files are associated with different web pages.
But I wonder if it is possible to create multiple folders to further subdivide web files within the same web page.
I know sharepoint integration, but now all files are uploaded via web files and I want to make minimal changes to enable distribution.
Any thoughts on this please share with me. Thanks in advance!
Thanks & Best Regards
Create child pages in the folder structure you require and then upload/add child files underneath those pages.
Hi Audreyma,
There is not concept of folders in Power Pages, but you will able to replicate this creating child pages to emulate your folders. Once the web pages are created on the Web File record set the Parent Page field with the web page of your convenience. So for example lets say you want to replicate home>My Documents>My Important Stuff
You already have the home page you need to create a page My Documents with Parent page home and another called My Important Stuff with parent page My Documents. Now navigate to your Web Files and assign Parent Page to each of the pages on your convenience. And last if you want to open the pages you created and see the Web files enumerated you could use a fetch to get the web files that have parent page the current page and use the results to populate HTML
