Form Submitted - whose email address is it using?

I have a form configured to use a power flow sending email using the Outlook connector. The emails are sent to the Zendesk help desk however no matter who submits the forms I receive the confirmation back from Zendesk. Is there a send as 'form submitter' option that I am missing? Thanks

Hi @kdietz

The Send an email action of the Outlook.com connector does have a Send as field: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/outlook/#send-an-email-(v2)

You will need to configure the account in the Flow to be able to send emails on behalf of all the users in order to use this, so I don't know if this is something that you are willing to perform.

Thank you for the advice. The flow does send as 'me' however now when Zendesk receives the email which is parsed as a support ticket, Zendesk continues to see the form owner as the support ticket requestor (the person who submitted the form). Is there a way to change the ownership of a 'form' / 'flow' to be everyone?
