Subgrid won't display on website from basic form

I have put a subgrid in my basic form to be filled in (view from another table) and the subgrid won't display on the preview page. In the page editor and form editor it displays fine as well as the Add option is appearing in the designed. The subgrid does not appear at all on the preview page and I have also provided a record in the table as I have read it might need a main record. As for Insert, Delete and Edit function in the Subgrid properties I couldn't see such an option. Also I have tried searching to create an Advanced form but I could not see the option, only Multistep Form I see in the Power Apps Platform. Also for the multistep form I have created it but I seem to not be able to access it from the form designer. To be noted that I am a beginner and still navigating my way around. In a nutshell, the form shows up fine in the preview only the subgrid is not being shown like it's hidden.

As per your other post - subgrid not displaying at all is most likely that you are trying to use it on an Insert form it needs to be an edit/readonly form.

Subgrid with no data showing would be a permissions issue.
To edit or create subgrid items you need both:
    • Table permissions for the table the subgrid is for (also include append and append to on the main Table and on the subgrid tables permissions), and
    • use the Portal/Power Pages Management app, for the Basic Form (or if multi step form on the step)  add a Metadata record to the form set it to type = subgrid, select the subgrid in question and this will then show a grid where you can set the Create/Edit forms. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-pages/configure/configure-basic-form-subgrid
