I have developed on Multi Step form.

Now, I want to make some of the fields required. I don't want to make those fields required at Dataverse Level. I want to make it required only at Form Level. Is there any option for that?

I want to add some helper text below each field & some section with only label content. Can I achieve that?

Both can be done via Metadata. On the Step definition add a Metadata record of type=attribute (you may need to do this from the Portal Management App, metadata will either be its own Tab on the Step definition or under Related).
