The related Knowledge article should be displayed matching to the keyword but it loads for 2 seconds and disappears.
Same happens when I create Case by clicking on Open a Case Button under Support Page.
Please help me how to display knowledge articles matching the keywords in search.

Please ensure you have the right Content Access Level permission set for the articles you wish to display on the portal. Since you have one of the Dynamics 365 templates you should easily find this feature in the Portal Managment App (for standard data models) or Power Pages Management App (for enhanced data models) under the Security section on the left pane.
