Images from SharePoint list image columns to populate a Microsoft Word template

I want to use images from a SP list to populate a word document. Whenever a new item is created on the list, containing a few text columns and 5 image columns, this data should be used to populate an already prepared Microsoft template- Now, I do not have any issue just populating with the text (Names, work orders, etc) but obtaining the images from the image column seems real tough!

This is my list, whenever an item is created, I want all those images to populate a word template. I have a premium license so populating is the easy part, the hard part is to get the images from the new item!
Does anybody know how to do this?
