Issue with Updating Lookup Column (InjuryID) in Dataverse Task Table Using Power Automate

I have a Task table where InjuryID is a lookup column to the InjuryRegister table. While creating tasks using Power Automate, the InjuryID is not updating correctly. What steps can I take to resolve this issue?
